Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She's now an actress from Germany and Romania. Her most well-known movies include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra Maria Lara was the sole child of Romanian film actor Valentin Platareanu. In her early teens she portrayed the lead character in various dramas on television. In the Oscar nominated film Downfall her character as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudljunge was also critically acclaimed. Additional Oscar nominated film starring the actress include The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex. Through the years, Alexandra was involved in numerous important international and national productions. They include British biographical films Control and The Dust of Time as along with the French history mini-series Napoleon. She was also part of the jury for the Transylvania International Film Festival, and also at Cannes Film Festival.
